Store Manager In Training. Manager in Training (MIT) serves as the role for a developing leader to become acclimated with all functions and responsibilities of a Coen Store Manager. The MIT will work directly with their assigned Store Manager to learn, apply, and demonstrate all leadership functions of an SM in a fostered environment. Once the training of a MIT has been completed and validated, a MIT will continue to work in tandem with the Senior Store Manager at their location in a supporting role.
