POSITION SUMMARY: Interventional Radiology Technologist is responsible for providing patient services using invasive cardiovascular technology under the direction of a physician, leading to the diagnosis and treatment of congenital and acquired organ and vascular disease. Responsible for performing routine to complex diagnostic and therapeutic technical procedures at a level that does not require constant supervision of technical detail. Interventional Radiology Technologist assists in the performance of a variety of procedures requiring independent judgment, good knowledge of anatomy, and high technical knowledge of equipment.
